Get in touch

For product questions, order assistance, delivery queries, or return requests, email service@ponphud.com or call +86 15794974687.

Help us find your order

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your request. For a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, attach clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Protect your payment information

Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, or payment verification codes by email. An order number and a description of the issue are usually enough to start an enquiry.

Returns enquiries

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate instructions. The business address below is not an automatically authorised return destination.
